As a Certified B Corporation we are now part
of a global movement using business as a force
for good, where all B Corp members are legally
required to consider the impact of their decisions
on their staff, customers, suppliers, community,
and the environment.
B Corp Certification is tough because it analyses
the entire business and covers five key impact
areas of Governance, Workers, Community,
Environment and Customers. Our work in
ingredient quality, certified raw materials,
natural body care, responsible packaging,
local production and full transparency via our
Frequently Alarming Questions was recognized,
as was our office policy of people diversity,
with seven nationalities represented and a
Refugee Integration Program having welcomed
one migrant per year since the crisis in 2016.
Our main lesson, however, is there is a big
difference between thinking you do good to
actually doing good, and that there is a lot we
can still improve. The true test as a B
Corporation, therefore, is to keep
