We very much hope you will enjoy our products, but we will refund any product you are not happy with – provided it has not been used and is returned in its original condition (including packaging) within 14 days of receipt together with a note explaining the reason for the return. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on it. Please note that we do not cover return expenses.
